In order to improve the quality and empowerment of the building, we decided to turn the complex into a more effi-cient residential complex with all services, welfare, and rec-reational facilities by modifying the landscape, the access of units, entrances, and common areas by eliminating the commercial and administrative section of the existing build-ing. The complex now includes a new lobby, meeting room, a spa, a roof garden, and a sports area. After the decision to change the function of the ground and first floors from commercial-office to residential, due to ma-jor changes in the plan and the facade of the building, we separated these sections of the overall volume (two floors from the rest of the building), and retain the rest as they were. The result of this idea is two separate volumes on top of each other, which in the lower part, by smoothing the walls and removing the curves, we made a visually solid and sta-ble section as the main base of the tower, on top of which the upper section - from the second to the thirteenth floor - is mounted. At the entrance, we intended to have a more inviting space for those entering the complex by changing the circulation of cars and people, in addition to the efficiency of the green space of the complex, better communication, and street view through the building.
